Your comfort, clarity, and consent are my top priorities.
Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
Before Your Session
Attire — Wear comfortable clothing and remove any restrictive items, including jewelry, before the session.
Hydration — Drink water before and after your session to support circulation and recovery.
Rescheduling — 24-hour notice appreciated to reschedule.
Session Location
01 — House Call (I come to you)
I’ll arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up and settle in.
Please ensure enough room for a massage table with space to move around it.
A spot near an electrical outlet is preferred for table warmers.
Clear walkways help me bring equipment in safely.
02 — Outcall (You come to me)
Allow extra time for street parking so your session starts on time.
Punctuality ensures your session isn’t shortened.
Pets are present in my home and can be kept in a separate room if needed.
Your Experience
Environment
Calm music, dim lighting, and a peaceful setup designed for relaxation. Heated table padding available if preferred. Aromatherapy included when appropriate.
Intake Form
At the start of each session we’ll go through a brief intake to discuss your goals, areas of focus, and any updates to your health or comfort preferences. Every session is tailored to your needs that day.
Consent to Record (Optional)
At each new session I’ll ask for your verbal consent if you’re comfortable with short video clips or photos for educational or social media purposes. Recording is always optional — the session proceeds the same either way.
Communication
I’ll check in throughout your session regarding pressure, comfort, and any adjustments you’d like.
Techniques
Your session is fully customized using a blend of:
Deep Tissue
Swedish
Myofascial Release
Guided Stretching
Mobility Work
Shiatsu
Trigger Point Therapy
Draping
Professional draping is used at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Draping is adjusted accordingly while keeping you fully covered elsewhere.
After Your Session
Self-care: Continue drinking water, rest, and apply heat for tight muscles or ice for sharper soreness if needed.
Normal Responses
It’s common to experience any of the following — they typically fade within 24–48 hours:
Feeling relaxed, lighter, or sleepy
Mild soreness (similar to a workout), especially after deep tissue or myofascial work
Temporary tenderness in areas that had knots or adhesions
Increased mobility or looseness
Emotional release or a “processing” feeling
Slight fatigue as your body resets
Reducing Post-Session Soreness
Drink extra water
Warm shower, heating pad, or gentle stretching
Avoid intense workouts for the rest of the day
Apply ice for pinpoint soreness if needed
Light movement (walking, gentle mobility) to support circulation
Policies & Safety
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform me of any allergies to oils, lotions, essential oils, linens, or pets so I can prepare accordingly.
Confidentiality
All sessions, health information, and conversations are private and treated as confidential.
Illness
If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cold/flu symptoms, stomach illness, or contagious conditions), please reschedule. Your safety and mine come first.
Informed Consent
You are always in control of your session. Let me know if you want more or less pressure, adjustments to draping, or a change in focus areas at any time.
Boundaries
Massage is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately.
Timing
Arriving late may shorten your session to respect clients booked after you.
Follow-Up
Within 24–48 hours after your session I’ll reach out with a short feedback request. Your responses help me improve my technique and understand your experience. Email or message me within 48 hours if you have questions or concerns.
