About Me

ABOUT

Massage is not indulgence. It’s infrastructure.
Maintenance beats crisis. Care should be proactive — not reactive.
Who I Am

I’m Jaz Wilson — a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, and massage therapy student at the National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles. I blend a medical foundation with a structured, client-centered approach to help people move better, recover faster, and stay ahead of pain.

Clinical experience

My clinical experience includes hands-on bodywork at The Healing Chiropractic Clinic, where I developed a deeper understanding of anatomy, injury recovery, and working with clients across a wide range of needs — from athletes and active professionals to people managing chronic tension.

I’m also building toward nursing and integrative care — massage is the foundation, not the ceiling.

What I Offer
Mobile massage + structured recovery in LA.
Swedish Massage — Nervous system regulation, circulation, stress reduction
Deep Tissue Massage — Targeted work on chronic tension and tissue patterns
Posture + Mobility Assessment — Free. Identifies where your body is compensating before we work
4-Stage Recovery Package — A structured progression of 3 × 60-min + 1 × 90-min sessions built around your patterns

Not sure where to start? The Recovery Baseline is a free 3-minute self-assessment that shows you exactly where your body is operating — reactive or structured.

An accredited massage therapy program focused on anatomy, kinesiology, and clinical modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and client-centered care. NHI graduates are trained for real-world practice in healthcare, wellness, and private settings.
Who I Serve
I work with high-stress professionals, healthcare workers, active bodies, and people from marginalized communities who deserve structured, evidence-informed care in spaces designed with them in mind. My goal is to be a resource in the neighborhood before expanding outward.
