What to Expect

This 60-minute session is designed to release tension wherever your posture feels compromised—neck, shoulders, upper back, mid-back, hips, or abdomen. We’ll start with a brief posture and mobility check to identify the most restricted areas. This session uses primarily myofascial release techniques with little to no oil, allowing for slow, targeted work that melts through layers of tension and helps restore balanced alignment. We'll then end with the same posture and mobility check to track progress.

Why It Works

Long hours at a desk, driving, or on screens can shorten and tighten muscles and fascia, pulling the body out of alignment. The Posture Reset uses myofascial release—including both cross-fiber and longitudinal techniques—to lengthen restricted tissues, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort.
