Specialized Techniques

As a massage therapy student, I’m trained in a variety of techniques that I can integrate into your session to support your unique needs best. Each approach works in harmony with your massage to release tension, restore mobility, and create a deeply therapeutic experience.

  • Swedish Massage – Gentle, flowing techniques to promote relaxation, circulation, and stress relief.
  • Deep Tissue Massage – Focused pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia, easing chronic tension.
  • Myofascial Release (Introductory) – Slow, sustained pressure to stretch and release fascia, improving mobility and reducing tightness.
  • Muscle Energy Techniques – Gentle, active engagement paired with stretching to rebalance muscles and increase flexibility.
  • Anatomy-Based Mobility Work – Targeted methods to improve joint range of motion and ease movement restrictions.
  • Guided Relaxation & Stretching – Breathwork and supportive stretches to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

Each session is customized—no two bodies are the same.


Important: Practice sessions are offered free of charge as part of my massage therapy training. These sessions typically hold an estimated value of $80–$100, but payment is not required, as they are part of my educational hours.
